Recently, we decided that we needed to take our commitment a step further and set up our Client Relations Department. We have a unique, fresh and easy approach at Vigilaris.
To start with, we do not have a specifically designated Sales Department. We rather invested our resources in our Client Relations Department. They are the people that can provide you with guidance and assistance. They are the people we employ to deliver first class customer service. They are the people we trust to ensure that whether you simply want to purchase one of our existing products or would like to discuss a new product that we are currently not offering, you will receive an honest, clear and prompt reply. They also cover all usual activities normally associated with a sales department, such as orders, proposals and so on and so forth, but our first and foremost focus is our clients. Their skills and experience is well above standard sales training and they are true Client Relations Professionals. They are dedicated and client services focused individuals who will make your experience with Vigilaris unique and of great value!
To ensure our approach is service focused, we maintain regular training and seminars for all our employees. We want to make sure that everyone at Vigilaris - and not just the Client Relations Department - are aware of our values and vision and that we all share the same dedication to our clients. The Client Relations teams performance is measured on a number of key service delivery milestones. We know our clients do not want aggressive sales phone calls. Our new sales are generated for us by the incredible success of our existing partnerships with our clients, and when someone rings us for a quote, we do not think numbers, we think service, we think of ways to ensure we meet your needs and requirements, we think of ways we can assist you to manage your needs. We advise you honestly and openly.
Our professional reputation, the correctness of our advice and our integrity are of paramount importance. We will not compromise any of those values for a quick sale. We are focused on the present, whilst aware that our future will be a direct consequence on how effective and successful our present is.
