Service Standards

We take our commitment to our clients very seriously. And we mean very seriously. We could go on and on for hours on how seriously we take it, but we think a few examples will provide a clear picture.

  • All client relations queries are to be addressed within 36 hours from their initial receipt.
  • All service proposals must meet a specific degree of clarity and include concise yet detailed information that will allow the client to make the most informed decision.
  • All Fire Risk Assessments are to be with clients within 7 working days of our site visit.
  • All bookings must be confirmed within 24 hours of receipt of an order.
  • All invoices we generate must exactly meet the clients requirements (not after 20 phone calls but from the moment the invoice is issued).
