Vigilaris was launched in 1993 by Paul Riley.
Paul's vision was simple: to provide fire awareness training, so uniquely faceted and engaging, that it would alter the face of training for its clients.
Due to the success of these principals Vigilaris developed from a small company into a thriving business within a few short years. Over the years since then Paul's vision on training proved so successful that we were soon asked to add more training programs to our services. Our mission was clear: what we needed to do was to engage our clients, to grow with them, to develop new products for them, to support them and to help them achieve their goals.
Vigilaris soon began expanding its range of services and in 2002 developed a comprehensive Fire Services Division. From independent fire risk assessments to fire equipment services, the company was growing as fast as its client base.
Over the last five years, our clients have asked us to develop web based training solutions to compliment our traditional training services. As a result, in 2004 Vigilaris launched its first generation fire safety software,which has grown step by step into our newly refurbished and recently launched fourth generation training software, V-Way™.
In September 2009, Ian Braggins, Marco Rizzi and Paul became equal partners in the company. Both Ian and Marco were previous employee of Vigilaris and their comittment and passion for everything we do is at the very core of the company new direction and approach.
Our growth and success is testament to our core values. We know that to continue to be successful, we must remain true to our roots. This is why we engage our clients in a personal yet professional and stimulating way. We feel that this is the only way. This we call The Vigilaris Way.
