Fire Warden Training

At Vigilaris we understand that every client is different. Different businesses, different premises, different needs, so that is why we tailor our Fire Warden Training Courses to meet your precise and particular needs.

Whether you need to train Fire Warden, Fire Evacuation Marshals or Evacuation Wardens, this training is designed to provide the required knowledge, skills and confidence to ensure each participant carries out their assigned duties in a safe and proactive manner.

Whatever those needs happen to be, you can be sure that every course is designed to be interesting, interactive, legally compliant and, just as importantly, fun!

The Fire Warden Course is held on your premises, for up to 15 people, and is designed to give your appointed Fire Wardens the skills and knowledge they need to carry out their duties and ensure the safety of your staff and premises.

Duration
Fire Warden Training courses are designed around the time available for staff and usually range between 3 and 6 hours long.

Customisation
As the Fire Warden Training is delivered in your premises, we recommend each client customises the training by providing us with your company’s logo, fire emergency procedures, fire warden training role description, evacuation plans and any other relevant information that needs to be shared with your employees. The information provided will then be added to the relevant section of the training and will be included as an integral part of the training course. There is no additional charge for customisation.

Equipment and Fire Simulator Trailer

This training course is delivered on the client’s premises. Therefore it is important that a suitable room for training is made available. All we need is a projector, screen and the necessary cables, however, we can bring these items should you not have them on site.

All our Fire Warden Courses also include a practical session using our Fire Simulator Trailer. To ensure we comply with our insurance requirements, we need to be able to position the trailer in an open space (approximately the space is the equivalent of 2-3 parking spaces).

Certification
Upon successful completion of the training, each participant is issued with a Certificate of Attendance, which are sent directly to your office within a few days of the training course. Additional testing of the knowledge gained may be provided depending on your specific requirements.
