We know how important it is for your employees or contractors to be familiar with your company’s Health and Safety policy and procedures. This module allows you to provide them with a comprehensive overview of your companies Health and Safety when they first join the company or even before they even walk through your office doors.
It is designed to provide them with key information needed to ensure they receive the knowledge they require to work safely in your premises, and follow your guidelines and procedures.
We are also aware that, as with all inductions, it is very important that your company’s core values and vision is reflected in all aspects of the training module.
There are two main categories within this module:
1. Induction for new employees
The induction for new employees is focused around key aspects of their working and day-to-day professional activity. It includes an overview of your company Health and Safety Policy and Procedures. It provides important information and contact details and outlines a number of key issues that they need to be aware of. From emergency exits (with interactive floor maps and assembly points) and first aid procedures, to details of your company well being philosophy and activities, all the required information is delivered in an engaging and stimulating process, ensuring your company’s values and uniqueness are portrayed throughout.

2. Induction for contractors
The induction for contractors covers the same basic information as the induction for new employees but also covers specific information regarding carrying out work in your premises. It is also delivered in a number of foreign languages to ensure contractors from different countries fully understand the requirements and procedures you want them to follow.
