As we upgrade our online booking system for reserving places on our Annual Fire Precautions Training courses for  BAA UK airports (including Heathrow and Stansted) and Gatwick Airport, it is necessary to make it temporarily unavailable from Sunday, September 4, 2011.  Please allow 24-48 hours for the new booking system to go live.

This is a new system that we have implemented to make it easier for people to make and manage bookings. The main changes are:

    The naming of a principle user who will be responsible for the account but who can appoint other users to manage and make bookings
    The ability to pay by credit card or on account all done on line (no longer the need to email booking forms)
    A better management system for all users
